To operate more efficiently, the jobs/roles needed to run the team are organized into the 8 color-coded “Committees” below. Please (i) review the jobs/roles within each Committee, and (ii) choose the Committee where you want to engage during the summer. Once in a Committee, you can elect any job within that Committee week-to-week. 1.Steering Committee: A & B Reps + Social Coordinators + Treasurer. 2.Automation Committee: Automation Coordinator + the jobs thereunder (e.g., Computer Operator, Scorer, Verifier, Ribbon Writer, etc.). 3.Race Committee: Race Coordinator + the jobs thereunder (e.g., Clerk of Course, Announcer, Timers, Runners, etc.). 4.Concession Committee: Concessions Coordinator + the jobs thereunder (e.g., Concession Workers, Hospitality, etc.). 5.Officials Committee: Officials Coordinator + the jobs thereunder (e.g., Referee, Starter, Stroke & Turn Judges) 6.Social Committee: The Social Committee Coordinators manage this Committee with support from the Communications Coordinator, Events Coordinator & Fundraising Coordinator.
