22 TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS Providing and Fixing of Access raised floor shall be Medium Grade “UNIFLOOR™ FS 800 HPL panel with Uniform Load of 1350 Kg/m2 and Point load of 363 Kg manufactured from steel with lightweight cementitious core in the size 600 X 600 X 35 mm and top shall be finished with Anti Static HPL and bottom shall be coated with epoxy for lifetime rust protection. All specifications must be printed on the panel side to ensure zero ambiguity. Sub structure installed to support the panel shall be suitable to achieve a FFH of upto 450mm from the existing floor level. It consists of 100x100x6mm thick galvanized base plate die pressed orbitally riveted to 22mm OD thick G.I. Anti Tust Zinc coated pipe to engage, the pedestal head assembly consisting of 75mmx75mmx3.5mm embossed ribbed head with four holes for fasting and locating of tiles. An all steel rectangular stringer system of size 20 x 30 x 0.80mm x 570mm having pre punched holes at both ends to ensure correct alignment with pedestal heads should be applied for maximum stability. All Panels must be tested as per CISCA standards.
