7 Task 3 Group In your groups read the hand out 6.3 ‘Going to Paint’ Answer questions 1,2,3,4. Prepare to feed back to the class. You have 10 minutes.

9 Task 4 Group Should I step in? Read the case study given to you (A or B) then answer the questions on the sheet. Feed back to the class your answers. –Should the adult intervene? –Give reasons why or why not. –Describe how the adult could/should intervene –Explain what the adult could do to allow play to continue and to help the children develop their ideas further –What vocabulary could the adult introduce during the activity?
