2 Basics of the Websense SLP Software discounts have been pre-negotiated between Websense, State of CA, and Evolve Technology Group based on forecasted purchases. Discounts are passed on to both state and local customers through Evolve Technology Group. The SLP Agreement streamlines the purchasing process and reduces costs by eliminating the need for individual departments and other public entities to conduct repetitive bids for their software needs.
