3. 3 Smart Grids  Submitted System Characteristics of cmda2000 1x and HRPD (including xHRPD) to Priority Action Plan 2 of Smart Grid Interoperability Panel.  Submitted an analysis of the PAP2 Smart Grid use cases showing 1x and HRPD capabilities to handle specific traffic flows from these cases.
