NR LINK OPTIMUM Test Gear has been used by the TM’s TOLLGATE team since July 2007.
There are two types of test gear:
NR LINK OPTIMUM
NR LINK OPTIMUMII (OPII)
NR LINK OPTIMUM II is a handheld tester that can do service
verification and first level troubleshooting
ADSL/ADSL2/2+ services at any point (in between Access Network and
CPE).

It has an analog phone module include with hands-free for PSTN line testing
It is lithium-Ion battery operated

Operational time is estimated around 3 hours with continuously ON.
Prior to first time use, please ensure that the battery is charged for 8 hours minimum

While charging, the device MUST be completely SWITCHED-OFF

The charging time is about 4 hours.
