3 JOB CLASSIFICATIONS: “Entry Level”—job that requires little training and High School Diploma--usually pay less What are some “entry-level” jobs in the “housing” or “design” industries?

4 JOB CLASSIFICATIONS: “Apprenticeship”—combines on the job training and classroom instruction What is an example of a job/trade that includes an apprenticeship program?

5 Construction & House Design Careers Entry-Level Construction Worker Requires little training; usually hard “on-the-job” grunt work Not as high of pay as union or trained construction-trade professionals

6 Construction & House Design Careers Bricklayer Builds/repairs walls, fireplaces, and chimneys Usually a 3-year Apprentice Program
