Board Meeting January 25, 2011 The Commitment: To build a map of key resources for a high need zip code in South East San Diego The Costs: Continuing participation in a county regional collaborative, 25 hours in staff time over 6 months. $625.00 staff time. The Gain: $5,000.00 to build 2-3 additional maps requiring about 3-4 additional maps, top billing in County 10 year Initiative, and improved relationships opening the door to appointment setting in 11 community clinics and 2 dental clinics

13. Board Meeting January 25, 2011 The Commitment: a webpage to improve access to Summer Food sites for youth with a mainpage link on the 211sandiego.org site. The Costs: $150.00 for web development and 8 hours of staff time. Total cost $450.00. The Gain: Financially… zero.

The Costs: $1200.00 in web development The Gain: $30,000.00 in funding, strengthened relationship with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, The San Diego Re-entry Roundtable, and San Diego Sheriff’s Department Correctional Counselors
