2. 2 Lotus Notes Select Lotus Notes from under the start menu. You will come to a log in screen. Type in the password ChangeMeNow all one word, with upper and lower cases as you see here. Don’t worry, I will help you change your password to something more personal! Under File/tools/User ID… Follow prompts, filling in ChangeMeNow, till asked for new password. You will have to type in in again to verify, then you are all set!

3. 3 Lotus Notes… Create New Memo Calendar Mail Address Book To Do List Lotus Notes is a very powerful Email application. I will show you how to: Check your incoming mail as well as compose an Email. Change your opening screen template Add calendar dates and schedule meetings. Add to your address book, as well as set up “groups” to Email to. Create a “to do” list

4. 4 Lotus Notes is also available on the Internet… INotes. From the Internet, type in notes.monroe.edu in the URL You will come to this screen. Select Sign In. Type in Last name space first name for your Username. Your Password is the same that you use in Lotus Notes Select Access Server.

5. 5 INotes Opening Screen Looks alittle different from Lotus Notes, but still works the same. Is great for checking your Email from any computer, anywhere! The Pittsford Middle School has a link to INotes from the opening screen.
