5 “All of us face conflicts at different times in our lives, with different people. The conflicts may be small or large, but the ability to deal with them effectively – and respond favourably – to a situation is a crucial skill to have. It helps us not just in our personal lives, but it allows us to deal with problem situations in our work places.”

6 Conflict is a state of opposition, disagreement or incompatibility between two or more people or groups of people. Sometimes, (not always) conflict is characterized by physical violence. One of the most extreme forms of conflict can be seen between states often constituting war. What is conflict?
