48. Summary If you upgrade you can roll back to your previous version of Windows within 30 days. 110 Million devices updated so far. The bottom line: Even on systems without a touchscreen, there are good reasons to upgrade to Win10 — especially since it’s free. Impulsively upgrading your operating system is never a good idea, especially when the OS is still new and has a few kinks — such as support for old hardware — that need to be straightened out.
