18. CONCLUSION (WHAT SHOULD THE CONSUMER DO) The tablet is dominant, but the desktop for now will exist as a backup/alternative How much is the consumer willing to pay? What software? How to connect? Who will use it? Is a printer required? Size? Will something replace both of them?
