4. So, what do Iowa youth do for entertainment? w Unfortunately, one of the effects from the lack of entertainment opportunities is high percentage rates of underage drinking.

9. What will this cost? w High initial cost w Large profit

10. Benefits w Lower percentage of underage drinking w Less people would be inclined to leave w More entertainment w Bring back income to the state w People that leave would be likely to return because they know that their children would have benefits
