7 Course requirements ► Regular attendance and class participation ► Passing TWO written progress tests (or one comprehensive written test at the end of the term) (or one comprehensive written test at the end of the term) ► IN-CLASS PRESENTATION ► Passing the final oral exam ► Regular submission of written assignments (Portfolio)

8 Progress tests (Mid-terms) (kolokviji) 1) READING SKILLS (understanding and solving exercises connected with articles and reports → contemporary business issues) 2) WRITING SKILLS (writing different types of business letters, e-mails, note-form summaries, paragraphs and CVs) 3) Recognition and active use of specialist vocabulary

9 GRADING SCALE Attendance 30 lectures + 30 seminars = 60 hours 1. Group presentation 20% (2= 5%, 3= 10%, 4= 15%, 5= 20%) 2. Written Tests 30% (2= 10%, 3= 15%, 4= 20%, 5= 30%) 3. Business letter writing 10% (2= 4%, 3= 6%, 4= 8%, 5= 10%) 4. Oral exam 30% (2= 10%, 3= 15%, 4= 20%, 5= 30%) 5. Home assignments (Portfolio) 10% (2= 4%, 3= 6%, 4= 8%, 5= 10%) The final grade will be formed according to the results achieved. 2 = 50- 60% 3 = 61- 75% 4 = 76- 89% 5 = 90-100%
