9. Homework: Write up a favorite recipe of yours. It can be general or specific. General Example Purple Hull Peas Put shelled peas in seasoned water (salt, pepper, bacon, onion, celery). Boil on medium heat until tender. Specific Example Cornbread 2 C cornmeal 1 egg Etc,etc,etc Preheat oven to 450. Add oil to cast iron skillet and heat. Add mixture. Cook 25 min.
