PC reviewed applications on September 17 – no one from public spoke Applications forwarded to Committee for further discussion Application changes: reduced # of units, increased open space, enhanced floodplain buffer, agreed to Farmwell Hunt HOA recommendations Based on changes, PC maintained that proposal more appropriate than approved office use PC forwarded applications with a recommendation of approval (7-1-1 Ruedisueli opposed, Whitmore absent) PC REVIEW & RECOMMENDATION
