3. How are these 2 cases different? Case 1:- Barbara and Mike have been married 20 years. They do not have a happy relationship and Barbara has recently discovered that Mike is having an affair. She is angry at him and decides that enough is enough. She takes matters into her own hands and suffocates him with a pillow. Case 2:- Lucy is driving home after a night shift in the restaurant where she works. She takes a corner too fast and hits a young boy on the street corner. She calls an ambulance and the boy is rushed to hospital. He dies that night of severe internal injuries.
