8 Structure: My eating habit This report will describe the types of food I ate in the past. The types of food I ate most were rice, meat and sweet things. The types of food I ate moderately were fruit, oil and eggs. The types of food I ate least were fish, milk and vegetables. Comparing with the experts’ recommended diet, I ate more meat,oil and sweet things than the amount recommended. I ate less fish, vegetables, fruit than the amount recommended. My diet is not very healthy. I don’t eat enough fruit,vegetables, milk or fish. I plan to eat more fish and vegetables, drink more milk and cut down meat, sweet things and oil. 11 My eating habit This report will describe the types of food I ate during the three days from November 1st to November 3rd. The types of food I ate most were rice, noodles, vegetables and fruit. The types of food I ate moderately were oil and eggs. The types of food I ate least were fish and milk. Comparing with the experts’ recommended diet, I ate less fish, and drunk less milk than the amount recommended. My diet is a little bit healthy. Although I don’t have enough milk and fish. I plan to eat more fish,drink more milk and cut down oil. I will have a more healthy diet. Mary Sample:
