Your Rights 3 Basic rights Right to Know You have the right to know the hazards on your job Right to Refuse Unsafe Work If you believe the job is dangerous you can refuse to do it in most situations Right to Participate You have the right to participate in keeping your workplace healthy and safe

6. Other Health and Safety Reminders You may need special equipment Ask the person you are going with if you need any equipment for work Do you need to be trained? Ask if you need training to do something – if you do – Don’t do it! Ask questions if you aren’t sure!
