1. “Team Artist Challenge”

2. Objective Purpose of this session? To identify guiding behaviours and values that we believe are important to be a successful team

3. Group Brainstorm In your groups, brainstorm the following… What behaviours or values do you need to ‘live’ in order to be a successful team ? -You have 10 minutes -Use the butchers paper -Rules of brainstorming – accept all comments, no right or wrong answers

4. Refine Your Answers In your groups - Decide on the top 3 behaviours/values Provide 3-5 specific examples of how as a team you can positively demonstrate these behaviours -You have 10 minutes -Use new sheet of butchers paper -Don’t share your answers with other groups just yet

5. Your Challenge In your groups create a piece of artwork that represents your 3 chosen behaviours/values Guidelines –You will have 15 minutes planning time –45 minutes to produce your artwork on a canvas –Everyone must physically contribute to the artwork –Will be required to ‘present’ piece to rest of team –Enjoy!

7. Gallery Opening Grab a glass of bubbly and present your artwork to the team…whose first? Guidelines –Name of artwork –What it means –3 elements it covers –How are they represented –How are your 3 elements important to team success
