Found in the city of Xi’an in Shaanxi province ; East China when farmers were drilling a well. When archaeologist uncovered, they found an army made of terracotta. It was made by QIN SHI HUANG who wanted an army to help him in his afterlife. He feared death.

Qin Shi Huang believed in Chinese myth of Penglai mountains where immortal people live, palaces are made of gold and platinum, no one suffered cold, pain. Magic fruits heal the diseases and kept people young forever. He wanted ELIXIR OF LIFE so he can ne immortal. He sent 500 men and 500 women to search for Penglai mountain who never returned.
