2. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT Creating a system of learning new skills and involvement of pensioners (retiree) in business projects through the Internet as consultants, advisers and volunteers.

3. MANY RETIREES HAVE THE MOST VALUABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP BOTH BUDDING ENTREPRENEURS AND MATURE BUSINESSMEN BOTH IN BUSINESS AND IN LIFE. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO HELP BY PENSIONERS LIVE MORE FULLY AND IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION.

4. Special social network "wise counselor" or "hoary adviser" in which pensioners will be able to learn how modern methods of doing business, as well as to publish its proposals, and to share experiences and opportunities with their companions, the project will involve retirees from all regions of Russia.

5. TRAINING: TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF THE NETWORK, USE IT TRAINING TRAINING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WHO WANT TO BECOME MASTER TRAINERS TO TRAIN OTHER SENIORS IN A NETWORK
