5 First Year Rep Info Session Electoral Procedure Attend All Candidates Meeting (Jan 23, 6:30pm) Deadline for nomination material 30 minutes late = disqualification Attend All Candidates Forum (Jan 29 & 30) 30 minutes late = disqualification CUS Elections Committee – 2012/13

6 First Year Rep Info Session Electoral Policy Campaign $25 Reimbursement (non professional labour, design, materials) Absolute campaign spending limit of $250 Poster requires Committee member approval (stamped) No leaflet or pamphlet distribution Speeches before or after class and with prof permission (60secs) Can not party/slate with other candidates 1 week after voting closes to remove material Voting (Jan 30 – Feb 1) No promotional material or candidate near polling booth Only BCom students can vote via VISTA CUS Elections Committee – 2012/13
