3. Just click onto the link to get to HQ

4. First step is to log on

5. Fill in the Blanks User name is your last name Password is your id number Call HQ or VP Membership @ 800.444.2742 HQ 727.709.4369 VP-Member

6.  Log onto the headquarters web site at: www.apics.ORG  Select “View/Edit My Info

7. Go down list to update Fill out / Confirm Data Update as required Opt Out (Do not call)

8.  Manage Addresses  Delete if not correct  Edit by clicking on address type

9. Don’t forget to save changes!
