2. Summary of Bylaw Changes Below is a listing of the significant changes proposed for the Georgia Airports Association Bylaws: 3.1.1 One airport one vote. Change stipulates that only the designated representative from each airport in good standing is entitled to vote on issues of the Association. 3.1.3 Corporate members elect the Corporate member to the board of directors. 4.2 Clarifies how directors at large are elected and chosen. 4.3 Deleted Officers’ Succession Plan and incorporated into 5.1 Nominations. 5.1 Stipulates how officers are nominated and presented to Association membership for election. 5.4 Stipulates how the Corporate board member is filled should there be a vacancy or change of employment of the Corporate member.
