3 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience TG-3: Definition of a Manufacturer TG meet on the reformatted Technical Report and a few editorial changes will be made before submitting to ballot within SC-18 and to SC chairs Once finalized and approved within SC-18 the TR will be submitted to Monogram Program Board through CSOEM. Current plan is that this TR would be used where there are no requirements specified by the product spec

6 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience TG-7: Lifecycle Management Draft comment ballot issued and closed 200 comments and overall there was nothing super substantial identified Comment ballot did include SC chairs to identify relevant products and attainable levels for those products Current document includes 5 LCM levels based on available product history and original manufacture Planned formal SC18 ballot by end of 2015

8 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience New TG’s Bolting – Review BSEE bolting report and requirements of Q1 and Q2 – TG9 has been formed and Chaired by Jimmy Hood of Freeport McMoran-update report to be issue at summer SC18 meeting ISO 9001:2015 – Review requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and identify potential changes to Q1 and Q2 – This TG was proposed but has been tabled until the Summer 2015 meeting

It provides an explanation of the changes from the previous edition associated with the requirements for conformance to API Q1, 9th.

The formatting of Q1, 9th was updated to better align with API Q2, First Edition and to follow a chronological order in the production and delivery of the product
