3 Qualifications 0 CTE Instructors can nominate 1 person for each of the following, per program: 0 nontraditional senior 0 secondary & adult 0 an employer 0 Students can nominate an outstanding educator! Nomination Forms nomination forms

4 Due Dates All paperwork (student & nominator) is due to your College and Career Consultant (CCC) on or before February 1 st. (To find your CCC go here: MO College & Career Consultants)MO College & Career Consultants Hints: 0 CCCs can help provide guidance and advice to assist teachers and students. 0 Have the paperwork in WAY before deadline so no one stresses out. 0 USE judges evaluation criteria form to help both the instructor and student when answering questions.

5 What happens after I submit paperwork? 0 CCC reviews to ensure all paperwork is submitted and signed by February 1 st and then forwards to state coordinator. 0 Judges review all submissions and award state, regional & honorable mention levels of achievement. 0 CCCs notify schools and nominators.

6 What happens after I submit paperwork? 0 State winners submit pictures by deadline. 0 Summary is written concerning state winners. 0 State awards ceremony is at the State Capital on April 17, 2013. Nominating teacher, administrator, student and family are invited.
