4October 18, 2014 www.amrop-tr.com Reframing Reframing is the ability of a leader to define the situation in a realistic manner, both adhering to certain values and convincing the team. A leader has the ability to convert a situation or a problem to a solution. While doing this, he/she is able to convince the team. The leader, who reframes, considers the situations with a different point of view and makes others to think differently. He/she relabels and restructures the definitions that he/she made previously with his/her experiences when there is a reframed problem.

5October 18, 2014 www.amrop-tr.com Vatican is an institution of corruption, internal strife and child abuse. The Catholic Church is fond of pomp and wealth. Pope sees himself superior to everyone and everything. The Vatican began to leave the problems behind and it has adopted the role of protector of the poor and the environment. The Catholic Church will use its richness not for pomp but for help. Pope may be the spiritual leader but he is also a common person. As the leader of the Christians, Pope deserves respect, and he does not demand the privilege that he does not deserve and also he knows that he is "one of us." Frame New Frame What he did? He was introduced as “friend of the poor.” In his first speech, he said “ The church should be for the poor and the weak and it should protect everything and the environment that God created. He kissed a baby during his first speech and blessed a disabled citizen. As a person who is living in an apartment in Buenos Aires, cooking his own food and flying in economy class, Pope is seemed to be "modest.” He also said "I want a poor church”. During his term of cardinality, Francis used public transport and did not hesitate to appear in public. He made his first speech as Pope not on a platform but on the same level with other cardinals to give a message of equality. Reframing
