Croplands Website: Marker Icons New map icons allow users to quickly differentiate locations, and track those they have reviewed or visited.  By Cropland / Not Cropland  By Intensity: Single(1), Double(2), Triple(3), Continuous(C)  By Water: Rainfed(R), Irrigation(I)  Icon has thumbs up/down if user viewed location.  Icon becomes darker if visited in the current session. This yields over 100 icons, that I generate from a couple base images and store in a JavaScript file with base64 encoding. Not all icons are currently live on the website.

4. Croplands Website: Photos Photos can be sent to the server API as base64 encoded string. The string is then decoded, scaled to a reasonable size and uploaded as an image to a permanent storage location with a unique id stored in the database.. 6. Croplands Website: Links It is now possible to easily share and bookmark workspace. The url bar updates as you move around the map or visit specific locations.
