4. The idea behind the Design Studio is that this is a portable room that could be used in any location, could be used in the NJIT campus, somewhere in another city, or even another country. It will be great to have this room be a connective link of technology between NJSOA and somewhere in the exterior world. The design studio is meant to be compact for portability, and them once is placed in the desired location, the room will open and expand responding to either the environment around it, or the needs of the program and users.

16. The form of the final design was Taking into consideration two Elements that were important During the design process. One is the fact that I wanted to be true to the schematic diagram that I Believed had a strong visual Presence and could give the opportunity to open it and expanded In a more practical ways. Two were the different trials in which I was Forcing myself away from that diagram, compromising the pleasant forms.
