1. Logging on for Program Verification

2. 1. Go to www.sausd.us/valley to begin. www.sausd.us/valley 2. Click on the Parent/Student Portal Button

4. 4. Select your language 5. Log on using your account information. If you do not have an account, please call Mrs. Lozano at 241- 6527 to get your information.

5. 6. On Student Info Tab, click onto Data Confirmation, some of you will see a blue box in the middle of the screen. You can click there as well. 6a. If your student is currently at a middle school, you must change the school to enroll. Click on “change student” and select “Pre-Enrolled- Valley”

6. 7. Begin the verification process. You must complete the section before moving on to the next section. At the end click confirm and submit to finalize the program verification process.

7. Please print this form (Health Form) located in the documents tab and bring to registration in August. If you do not have a printer, please stop by Mrs. Lozano’s office in 2-1 to get a copy to take home. This form must be turned in during registration in August.

8. During Registration in August, please bring the health form.
