Space, power, equipment racks, cabling etc.. Provide ongoing support

8 Media Centre – Next Steps for IT? What are the actual data centre power, space & cabling requirements? Refine IT scope further! What are the exact locations of the users? What are the client requirements per location? What are the projected future changes? Obtain vendor quotes for network Bill of Material + hosting setup and recurring charges Refine IT infrastructure delivery timeline (see next page for estimated) Develop IT Infrastructure Terms of Reference Mobilise Resources!
