We have the ability to communicate these perceptions; and anywhere communication is possible, so is the ability to disseminate or dispense these opinions and gain feedback. This seemingly simple process is paramount in our social structures. With the advent of the internet in 1957 this process has taken on many innovative and interesting forms and in all likelihood will continue to do so.
