oEach track has 5 weeks of planned programme oa mix of activities divided into: PAUSE PAUSE PLAY REWIND FASTFORWARD

PLAY - fun, interactive activities and games to introduce or develop the theme of the track. REWIND - prepare to develop a new skill or way of thinking PAUSE - look at how God’s word, Jesus’ example and an active spiritual life can help them develop their skills and understanding of the track. Fast Forward - relate what they have learnt to their day to day life

Remember: oBe flexible - Adapt the content/ activities to suit your group - Plan ahead & decide who leads what - Add your own ‘signature’ - Adapt timings oAnd if there is time to spare: - Add in chat time, worship time, games, extra activities.
