3 We were established in 1998 in the USA. We worked in the USA until 2014 when we re-registered and moved our seat and part of our training premises to the Republic of Serbia. We continued to deliver our usual training in the USA. By 2014, we trained about 2,600 individuals in the USA. We registered our branch offices in Greece and Cyprus as we have expanded our interest to maritime security. We cooperate with maritime security companies such as: Armour, Posejdon, Avangarde, RISK, Aversa, etc. 3 BACKGROUND

9 9 I Theoretical training Complete training is conducted in Serbian and English. Theoretical part of training for the first-level security guard lasts five (5) days plus one hour in the second week of training for a knowledge test. The lessons are taught in the classroom, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. every weekday. Training PROGRAMME for Level I - Security Guard - Bodyguard

10 10 Timetable for training (except for practical part) is as follows: - From 7 to 9 a.m. - fitness training - martial arts - Breakfast - 1th to 6th class - 10:00 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. - Lunch - From 5 to 8 p.m. - fitness training - martial arts Tentative timetable for theoretical part of training (which can be rescheduled for a day if medical examination is carried out in Serbia). 11 11 One day during the second week the trainees take a knowledge test. The knowledge test lasts for one hour and takes place in the morning. The test is graded as PASS or FAIL. In order to pass, the trainees must have over 51% of questions answered correctly. Successfully passed exam of the theoretical part of the training allows the trainee to take the final exam. 12 12 Standard training is conducted at the shooting range with pistols as follows: safe handling of firearms (lessons according to the Rulebook); legal aspect of keeping, carrying and use of firearms; accurate shooting, weapon setting and sighting devices; weapons and equipment for practical shooting; positions, weapon grip, lifting, aiming and pulling the trigger, frame replacement methods, ranging shot, tactical overcharging; shooting a single bullet from different distances (paper); shooting with two shots on target - linking hits from different distances; II Training in the use of weapons - standard This part of training lasts 2 days.

13 13 shooting at two targets - moving the aiming point from different distances; shooting at metal targets - moving the aiming points, moving the aiming point vertically (paper target), moving the aiming point diagonally (paper targets); shooting with one hand (stronger, weaker); shooting from a kneeling position, on one and on both knees, shooting in the prone position, shooting on the move, movement forward, backward, sideways, shooting from cover, over and under obstacles, through the holes, oblique shot, shooting moving targets; polygon solving; It is planned to use about 150 bullets. 18 18 free accommodation in a hotel; food during the course (three meals a day): clothing for training, which will remain in the possession of participants, consisting of a jacket, trousers, combat sneakers, a cap and a T-shirt, sportswear for combat skills training; all transport during the course; course completion certificate; insurance at the polygon, training room and shooting range; official IBSA badge and passport; The items that are provided also for the training outside of Serbia are marked in red. 20 20 Participants should accompany their application with: basic information for creating payment invoices; proof of completed medical examination (if the participants have not completed a medical examination, it can be arranged for them in Serbia at the price of about EUR 50). Participants should bring: Clothes and shoes to wear when they are not in training; Personal hygiene items; Sports equipment for fitness training (tracksuit and sneakers). Other course requirements
