10. 10 Temporary APA Case Establishment  Similar to Stipulated APA  Hearing Schedule Information exchanged in Case Init Request (CSE) or Support Order (Judicial) depending on who controls docket  CSE will deliver paper documents to court and Judicial will maintain a paper file. –Timing of transfer depends on county/district practices  Some counties do not do temporary orders today. This case needs to be addressed.  2 nd Support Order is exchanged even if no change from Temp Order
