WHO WE SERVE Individuals with identified needs who benefit from:  Health and social services  Social stimulation  Peer support  Health monitoring and functional supports Participants are unable to safely stay home alone for extended periods. Adult Day Programs enable them to engage in meaningful activities throughout the day and return to the place they call home, often to the care of loved ones, in the evening.

ADULT DAY SERVICES Licensure  Licensed by the Department of Human Services  Rule 223, 9555.9600 – 9555.9730  Statutes 245A, 245C and 626.557  A facility licensed by the Department of Health may operate an Adult Day Program that serves less than 5 individuals without obtaining a separate Adult Day license
