4 Absentee Handicapped Someone prevented by illness or absence.

5 Types of Elections There are three types. Election of representatives. Vote on Constitutional amendments. Proposals and Referendums.

7 Direct Primary Election First Tuesday in August after the first Monday. Every two years. Partisan Running in an established party. Nonpartisan No party

8 Your Right to Vote A Voter can’t be arrested on election day; unless very serious crime has been committed. Serving in the military All citizens have a voice, if they execute their right to vote.
