20. REVIEW THE NEEDS  LARGE PRINT ACCESS Physical Books o TVI fills out a Production Request Form with specific needs stated. o Most frequently an 11x17 print copy is sufficient o Special requests of formatting or color copies are indicated on the form.

21. REVIEW THE NEEDS  LARGE PRINT ACCESS Hand Held Optical Devices o An inventory request is submitted for Magnifiers, Monoculars, and other low-tech devices. Unless the item is not available, the request is filled within two days. The teacher is notified when the item is available for pick-up.

22. REVIEW THE NEEDS  LARGE PRINT ACCESS Electronic Magnification Devices o Digital Magnifier, CCTV, and portable camera/monitor o An inventory request is submitted. Before ordering high-end products, an all-call is put out to see if someone is not using an item that is checked out.
