9. The PASCAL E-Book Initiative Beginning in 2013, PASCAL launched its e- book initiative using lottery funds. Over 250,000 e-books are now available through four platforms: –EBL Demand Driven Acquisition (DDA) Plan from ProQuest –Academic Collection from EBSCO –Ebrary from ProQuest –UPSO Psychology Collection from Oxford University Press
