Modular I/O Picking signals from the field ESAWARE I/O modules completes the HMI EW 300C series. Thanks to this range, you now have the ability to command and control all your applications. Being modular, these products make it possible to create different configurations as required. All I/O have been designed to guarantee excellent ergonomics and ease of installing. Advanced Heat-pipe, thermal solution for Fanless design. The EW400 thermal solution is designed with copper plus aluminum heat-sink and 4 copper vacuum tube liquid-vapors (Heat-Pipe) which have high efficiency for heat dissipation. The rugged mechanical structure improves the cooling efficiency to secure EW400 to maintain superior computing performances stable at high temperature environments without CPU throttling. HOW IT WORKS The tubes liquid-vapor, rapidly and continuously transfer heat from the heat-source, Evaporator, to the heat-sink Condenser. The Principle is the thermal conductivity, no moving parts, ability to transport heat over long distances. The vapor transports heat to the condenser region where the condensed vapor releases heat to a cooling medium. The condensed working fluid is returned to the evaporator by gravity, or by the heat pipe’s wick structure, creating capillary action. Dual Core
