8. Introduction: In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Today we will light 3 candles from our Advent Wreath as a symbol of the weeks in Advent. Blessing of the Wreath: Today we light the Shepherds Candle, it reminds us that we share our love of Jesus with many other people. Some are rich and famous and others are poor and sometimes hungry, each one has a very special place in the eyes of God.

9. Third week of Advent: Joy This third week of advent we light the pink candle which means joy. From Jesus Christ we have received so much love, beauty, and joy from the simple things in life.
