2 Introduction Health disparities continue to grow within the community and the city would benefit from a wellness center especially targeted at vulnerable population such as the homeless. Through an environmental scan there is strong evidence to support the community wanting and needing access to health promotion services. The purpose of this presentation is to gather funding and support by explaining our vision, goals, and plan to develop a wellness center while sustaining viability and growth for the future.
