4. World Religions
When studying world history, it is important to study world religions.
Many countries’ history, government, and culture originated from their religion.
We will be studying these religions from a historical perspective.
The five most popular religions around the world:
Christianity - Hinduism
Judaism - Islam
Buddhism

10. World Religions Graphic Organizer
To learn more about the five most popular world religions, you are going to complete a graphic organizer.
We will complete Judaism together.
Then, you will be broken into groups of four. Once in your group, number off 1-4.
Each group member will be responsible for a different religion.
Next, you will independently complete your own section.
Once everyone is done, your group will come back together and you will teach the rest of your group about your religion.
As you teach, they will fill in the rest of the worksheet.
Make sure you understand your religion since you will be the only one teaching it in your group.

11. World Religions Project
To learn more about these religions you are going to complete a mini-project in five groups.
Each group will have a different religion.
First, you will read about your religion and complete the worksheet.
Next, you will rotate and share the information with other groups.
Last, you will create a poster that details the important/main information about your religion.
Be creative! Make these look good since they will be presented on Friday!
