10  An animal nutritionist is a person who specializes in the dietary needs of agricultural animals, zoo animals, and pets.

11  Animal nutrition focus on the dietary needs of domesticated animals, those in agriculture and food production.

12  Their job sites include farms, laboratories, classrooms and commercial-based marketing for foods.  Animal nutrition is a science combining chemistry, physics, biochemistry, mathematics, animal behavior, economics, food processing and animal production techniques.

13  An animal nutritionist needs a Bachelor degree of science.  Biological or related life science is usually required.  An animal nutritionist is responsible for creating and balancing rations to ensure that dietary needs are met for the animals under their supervision.
