Developing Our Outreach Program Program Examples Daycare – Storytime, Music, and Take-home Activity Daycare – Participant Tracking Sheets Daycamp – Storytime and Craft or Game Daycamp – Program or Mini-Kit Tub with Lesson Plan, Books and Craft or Activity Summer School – Participant Tracking Sheets, Lesson Plans and Supplies for Activities Teen Program – Book Club and Participant Tracking Sheets All sites have option to use a collection of rotated books

Partnership Letter Outline the partner's commitment of providing access to their program participants. Identify the ages and approximate numbers of kids that attend the site/program in the summer. Times that work best for programming. Description of the role that the site will play in the project. staff assistance while Library is at their site, space to meet with the kids, a commitment to encourage reading and reading related activity time for the kids when the Library isn’t at the site.
