The assembly topics are re-enforced in the Discipleship for Life lessons through: Comprehensive discussions Worksheets A DFL examination: JHS write one per term SHS write two per year and get a thought provoking research assignment as part of the preparation.

Purpose: Create a platform for pupils to serve the wider community. To sensitise the pupils to the needs of the lost, the marginalised and the poor. Allow pupils to look beyond their own needs. These opportunities can take various forms: SHS have a weekly outreach to Klipheuwel, being part of a homework program; JHS have a short 2-day experience in a local community

Register teachers provide loving guidance to individuals during the school year. Daily register periods provide opportunity for: pupils and the register teachers to raise questions, discussions of problems and fears, encouraging one another, praying together.

At the end of the Grade 12 year we create an opportunity where the school and parents can bless and send out the pupils at a special event.
