1 Claudio Bortolin 03/09/2012

2 SPD (RP analyses required) 1) Pump 17b replacement and leak test 2)Pressure test on the old inlet lines (technicians coming from PD) 3)Filters drilling sec. 3 and 8? 4)Safety valves replacement (Inlet manifold and Tank) 5)Test of new pump performance and new pressure ramp implementation 6)Tank refill SDD/SSD - RP analyses required only: 1)To replace a Temperature sensor breaking on a loop spare N°39 (Plant must be switched off) 2)Check the filter

3 SPD: 1. Remove the new inlet pipes 2. Recover the old inlet pipes (cleaning, gas tests and connection) 3. PP4 remove the sub-cooling (tbc) 4. Cooling rack mechanical consolidation 5. Counter-flow cleaning (btw PP4 and PP1) 6. Install chilled water filter (tbc) 7. Check safety valves 8. Recalibrate T and p sensors (PP4 and PP1) 9. Filters drilling or cleaning of the remain sectors (tbc)

4 SDD 1. Install chilled water filter (tbc) 2. Replace 10 pressure and Temp sensors 3. Replace 5 pressure regulators 4. Counter flow cleaning (tbc) 5. Replace plastic pipes SSD: cooling always ON 1. Install chilled water filter (tbc) 2. Counter flow cleaning (tbc) 3. Check safety valves 4. Install a thermostatic valve (remotely controlled) to regulate the water temp in the loops and remove the heaters (proposal under discussion with SDD experts) 5. Plant under UPS (after heaters removal) 6. Corrosion test on 1 pipe 7. Removal of Teflon and glue the pipes 8. P sensors calibration
