For your backpack at all times : All notebooks/folders will be kept in backpacks unless needed for grading. Backpack/Book Bag #2 pencils and eraser Loose leaf lined paper (college ruled) Blue or black pens Ruler Glue stick Box of colored pencils Scientific Calculator (optional) 1 inch binder with 5 dividers for Lang. Arts 1 inch binder with 5 dividers for Math 1 green notebook, 1 green folder for Science 4 yellow notebooks (1 per quarter), 1 yellow folder for US History II Any OTHER color for Exploratories (if needed) 8C Supply List

ALL STUDENTS report directly to your 4 th Period Academic Lab class after the 8:23 am bell. First Day Paperwork Please read, complete, sign and return to 4 th period Academic Lab Teacher Emergency Card (due by August 7 th ) Student/Family Handbook & Technology Agreement (complete & return) Verification of Receipt of Student/Family Handbook (complete & return) Student Accident & Health Insurance Brochure (if needed) Free & Reduced Lunch Application (if needed) First Day of School

Your tax credit donation helps students attend extracurricular* activities like athletics; art and music programs; character education; and field trips. These programs develop well-rounded students who in turn build strong communities. Arizona statute allows individuals or couples to donate $200/$400 for a dollar to dollar tax credit.
