Review from someone outside the system— what do they think about family healthcare? Training and supervision—not much “best practice” literature about supervision/training for integrated care.

Literature Gaps II Are there meta analytic reviews to consolidate the information about integrated care? Dissecting best practice relating to different settings. E.g. inpt, outpt, private practice, etc. Role of Emergency Med in providing medical home; linking in to primary care. Collaborative models in EM?

Literature Gaps IV Competencies for practice across disciplines—they are published! Hooray! How do we broaden our integrated work into other settings? E.g. ◦ From public sector  private practice ◦ From primary care  specialty care ◦ Working in other settings, churches, shamans Expanding our work to the medical neighborhood.

Literature Gaps V Increasing voice of the family; greater attention to the community Professional identity development—what happens for Beh Health folks moving into Medical setting? Is there something about personality? What are the factors for success?
